motorstorm :Pacific rift(very very fun offline and online multiplayer)
resistance 2 to go welll with KZ2
heavenly sword(it's beautiful,epic hack and slash with very solid story line)

A shitload of PS3 exclusives just for the hell of it, assuming that you buy multiplats for your 360

KZ2 and UT3 for the PS3 for FPS games.

VC and Folklore for the PS3 for JRPG's.

Star Ocean: TLH and IU for the 360 for JRPG's.

DoA 4 and SCIV for fighting for the 360. (Or PS3 since SCIV is for PS3 to)
