I don't get the "lasting appeal"

He says the game is huge, and that there is a lot to do. Yet, the game gets a lower lasting appeal than for instance Wario Land: Shake it, which definately is shorter than 20 hours, maybe less than 15. How come?

yeah makes no sense, that grade with the comment surprised me ^^

Gametrailers FTW! Seriously that was unexpected. Actually a well done review. I wonder what the mean by Tales Of Symphonia save file can give you extra.

Yeah the Gametrailers review was much better. It seems to confirm how I thought ToS2 would turn out. The game is solid but not exceptional according to the review. The reviewer went into detail about each aspect of the game and why he thought what he did. If ToS2 is as good as he says, I'll find out when I get my copy, I have high hopes for the next Wii Tales Of title. The next Wii title will have a larger budget, production values, and a Tier 1 Namco development team.

They better use cel shading in the next Wii Tales game as Tales games never look technically impressive so celshading will making the otherwise unimpressive graphics look atleast decent.

Lasting appeal doesn't mean there is a lot to do or not, it just means how long the game will be appeal to an avarage gamer.

This is pathetic.

So much hype... oh well, I'm getting it anyway. The Wii needs more RPGs and it's not getting them if we don't support what it gets.

lol. Considering this guy doesn't even like RPGs, I'd like a new review, IGN.

Time to watch the GT review...

They say the game is passable but suffers from a poorly paced story, dated visuals, and they also complained that Emil was very angst ritten

Lol I wonder if soriku is upset and hates ign. And everybody don't hate daemon he plays disgaea and loves it hate Namco for not making the game rock.

Daemon FTW!

@CTK SRPG=/= JRPG.

Yeah but there was one post saying that daemon did not like rpg's which is not true since he likes rpg's,srpg...

Edit: Also I don't think we should discredit daemon as a proper reviewer just because he gives this game a low score. He has also given rockband a 7.9 since it was late port without all the features than the others versions had. So I'm sure he has his reasons,in addition he also mentions that the voice actors in the game sucked and that emil was annoying(I was listening to the podcast yesterday.)

@CTK I would say that he doesn't seem to like Jrpgs. Almost every complaint he has is present in almost all of the Jrpgs out there.
