Well, to be fair, MS was pretty heavily bundled to get to that number. :o

less than GeoW 2!
Here's an interesting question:
Was Resistance 2's sales affected at all by launching against Obama? Pretty much everybody I know (early 20's college students) were drinking that night at parties after he won, and I'm curious to know if a completely unrelated event like an election could affect week 1 sales.
The only close parallel I could think of is the movie industry bitching the week Halo 3 came out because they thought their shitty week was that games fault (as opposed to the shitty movies they were releasing).

Which mean just 300-400k? Wow it surely bombed as i expected before.
man its really sad to see a great game dont sell well ... i bought it yesterday and i said its the best game in the ps3 for me .. the graphics is awesome even with some low detailed objects in some areas but its still look great ... anyone have a ps3 should get this game.

When Fable 2 sells 700k being rpg then how can anyone say that 300k is good number for hyped FPS?
Dude this is just one region, add to that 500k is more than double of what R1 sold.
Im very impressed..
