03/10/09 HUGE day in my life:
This game interested me because of the BB functions and not to be shallow but my g/f at the moment is going crazy with Wii Fit (still) and I intend to get Wiifit any way... (I'm sure one can imagine why that's shallow.) So since I'm an avid Snow Boarder myself I may not be able to resist this game for very long... even though I've been boycotting Ubisoft since 2001. ^_^ I'll just keep repeating to myself "Assassins Creed"

But it is a completely different game. Different environments, different characters and animations. The Wii version isn't trying to be the other versions.

I agree with you, maybe older gamers with a LOT of free time prefer all those things, but I prefer an arcade experience. I hate when this idiots don't like something they say is for kids. Kids and youngsters with a lot of free time would also like a more robust experience.
Oh, and I'd take the splitscreen multiplayer over online any day.

Kinda off topic, but Nintendo should sell the balance board by itself for people who don't care about WiiFit but still want to play balance board enabled games.

why would someone buy this kind of game on Ps3/Xbox360, this is old fashion!
we all know this game will sell the most on Wii, like Namco's We Ski is selling great!!
Only reason I'm favoring the PS360 version right now is I like the idea of a "Tony Hawk" esque online thing like in American Wasteland. But snowboarding games really just aren't that fun haha. It's jsut a not as fun skating games. Which is why I was hoping for good reviews of the Wii version because if I were to get it it would be because the new experience makes it a little more interesting.
But it seems I'll be holding out for Skate It.
