How about just not dropping your DS?

Yeah, I'll be honest, get your fricking DS fixed. I mean, sure, it's not as sturdy as the all powerful GBA/SP but good grief. It's got double the number of screens and cartridge slots and it's still barely half again the size, there's a limit to what you can reasonably expect from these things.

As for Wii... you mentioned No More Heroes and De Blob. I agree, NMH rocked my socks off for the entire 2 days it took for me to beat it, and I've never played De Blob, but for me it was still the games like Twilight Princess and Metroid Prime 3 that really stood out as showing what the Wii could do, and it's the stuff yet to be released that really has me salivating.

So what you're saying is, you dislike the DS because you dropped it a couple of times and the buttons don't work?

Have you called Nintendo about getting it repaired.

Also, It's not exactly right to say if you drop the DS 4 times and the shoulder buttons don't work, and you drop a gameboy advance SP 4 times and everything is still working, the DS must therefore have inferior parts. For one, you have to take into account the angle you dropped it on, the height and the landing surface.

From my own experience, the DS lite is very solid (i've dropped mine), the only fault I can find with mine is the damn stylus (the tiny plastic bit at the top of the stylus that is apart of the locking mechanism has snapped off). Not saying I'm right and your wrong, but you can't hate on the console for something you did.

Anyway, glad to see your enjoying your Wii, I don't share your view entirely, but still glad there's someone out there with something positive to say about the Wii that isn't a news article about how X unreleased game is doing well in development, and then blowing it up as if it were awesome in a thread....
