I've played uncharted. Sorry not impressed. If this game plays anywhere near as good as the early Tomb Raiders with those kind of graphics its waaay more impressive than uncharted IMO.

it looks good lara's model underwhelmed me for some reason though... i still like the look and feel of uncharted better though... maybe its because i havent been interested in a tomb raider game since tomb raider II and this demo didnt really change that..

What was the last Tomb Raider you played?

The newer ones - namely Anniversary (and this one) are definately platform-driven, rather than action-driven. However, the newer ones have FAR better controls, and handle more like a good "true" platformer rather than using Resident Evil tank-style controls. Its definately responsive, and a great experience.

Also, Tomb Raider: Underworld is NOT exclusive. It launches day-and-date with the PS3 version. However, the demo is X360-exclusive, and the X360 is getting 2 add-on DLC expansion packs to launch later this year and early next year.

Regardless if your a Sony fan or not, this game will be a sleeper must-have, regardless of your system preference.

As for Underworld, I'm really hoping it will be as good. My concern is that the platforming has been simplified to pander to the Uncharted crowd, something which was implied in an IGN preview months ago. Also for some reason Lara looks barely any different to how she did in Anniversary, which I played on the PS2. I think some of the visuals will suffer because after all Underworld is also coming to PS2 and Wii.

Don't you get it, Redcoat222?  Uncharted was released for the PS3 a year ago!  The PS3!!!  No attempt by any other developer anywhere, ever, will compare to Uncharted.  Think about it:  The epic storyline.  The unique gameplay.   The nearly infinite replayability!  And the graphics!!!!  THE GRAPHICS!!!!  I honestly believe that video game technology has gotten WORSE since 2007.  No game short of another PS3 exclusive can hope to compete.
