won't come to the us because of licensing. Wish i would have bought a Japanese wii damnit. I'm gonna be in Japan on 12/11 when this comes out too.

But why? :( Thats sad, is it the same as licensing problems with Tatsunoko versus Capcom?

it's the songs on the game that is the problem. They could put all new songs on there but you'd essentially be creating a new game. All the previous taiko games didn't come so this shouldn't be different.

I just hope that Namco bandai will make a new Taiko drum game with songs that cater to western audience. BTW you will really go to Japan just to buy this game? Why not just import it?

why do i smell a troll?

seriously it's a rhythm game, and a pretty damn fun one.  I have the ones on DS and have played it in the arcade many times.

i'm not going to japan to buy the game, it just happens i will be going there on dec 2nd and be there for a few weeks. I was gonna buy a japanese wii but i cracked and bought a US one because i got a cheap one for 150$. Can't play it on a US wii.

 Its not a shovelware, Taiko drum is in Japan  FOR YEARS... You just dont know it because it didnt released in the west yet.
