Please note that the magazine took off one point from the Resistance 2 's overall score since they were not given the final version of MP . They reviewed Resistance 2 based on unfinished versions of MP which had glitches that were ironed out in the final version according to JS, community manager at Resistance forums. OPM UK was very impressed with Resistance 2 and praised all sections of the game. They gave the original RFOM 7/10

OPM and OXM are owned by the same company BTW. OXM gave Gears 1 10/10 and Gears 2 9/10

Actually, Gears of War for the 360 got a 9/10 from OXM, the PC Version got 10/10. And why are you comparing it to Gears anyway?

So it's basically 10/10, a whole 3 points higher than the first. Christ, this game is going to be even better than Gears 2 and Far Cry 2.
