MotorStorm: Pacific Rift: 80%. More MotorStorm 1.5 than 2 but still a cracking ride.

Silent Hill: Homecoming (US Import): 72%. Suitably atmospheric psycho-horror with a couple of flaws.

Valkyria Chronicles: 85%. Beautiful, a tad self-indulgent, but packed with tactical warfare.

Midnight Club: L.A.: 81%. Burmout's more 'Hollywood', but MC:LA's the purer arcade racer.

Saints Row 2: 84%. A GTA clone to large extent, only fun's the number one priority.

Dead Space: 87%. A well designed shoot-'em-up that tells an engaging story.

NBA 2K9: 82%. The slickest and toughest basketball game of the year.

LEGO Batman: The Videogame: 72%. Fun, but it becomes all too familiar a bit too quickly.

0-29. Rubbish. An absolute stinker and an insult to gaming. The makers should be ashamed.
30-49. Poor. Why did they do that? Some simple playtesting could of worked wonders.
50-69. All right. Hey it works, and we can see what they are tryin to do. And thats about it.
70-84. Good. Worth playing, especially if you're a fan of the genre. It just lacks that touch of greatness.
85-89. Superb. This is the sweet spot. If a game scores in this zone then it's definitely worth your money.
90+. Amazing. You must get this. Failure to do so would mean missing out on a real console classic.

I m not sure why Reviewrs are marking down Motorstorm 2,,,,,they say it's been improved ine very way but it's still similar to first one(motorstrom 1.5),,,,well most poeple wanted an improved Motorstorm 1,,like myself

They also gave BioShock a 93% I believe.
Fallout 3 is getting pretty damned good reviews, but after seeing the gameplay and noting the lack of trophies, no amount of high scores is going to convince me to buy it.

What?  Are they one of those magazines that gives downloadable games lower scores generally?

Mega Man 9 is horrible unless you own every single game in the series and have Mega Man posters on your wall and a mega man desktop and mega man screensaver and eat mega man cereal...

It even says 'for the fans'.

I am pretty sure 97% is the highest score they have given to a PS3 game. So LBP just beats out GTA4, which they gave 96%.

Who are these jokers? 79% for WipEout HD is a joke it's better then most the games I own.
