Atari announced that the 360 version will receive a patch which makes the two version technically equal.

At least they said so. I think the exclusive episode will stay with the PS3.

It'll be better than the other two versions without a doubt. What remains to be seen is whether it will actually be any good.

I'd make a bet that this version would will hit 80% on metacritic. No lower than 75% the least.
