When 10 consoles break on you:

1. You must be doing something that helps it break (ex no ventilation)
2. You are mentally retarded to buy/exchange more of them after 3rd one broke. free of charge or not,,

THIS

C'mon 10 360's ? This is not Microsoft's fault it's definitely yours. Stupid Brian Crecente.

Wow that guy is a trooper I gave up after one RROD.

Microsoft sends people refurbished machines as replacements. I had customers have refurbished machines arrive broken out of the box. If they just bit the bullet and sent new machines we probably wouldn't hear these kinds of stories. They bring back awful memories of working for 360 tech support.

lies.  I had a brand new one sent when my launch console broke.  The maufacturing date was very recent and it was obviously brand new.

They might have changed policies since I worked there.  It has been about 2 years after all.  Maybe that was a part of the whole 1.15 billion they spent on fixing the RROD fiasco.  It was definitely true information however.

side note if your in the states wouldnt this qualify under lemon law and you could get twice your money back (three major fails i recall)

come play minecraft @  mcg.hansrotech.com

360 Gamertag: PM me to find out!

Sales has nothing to do with replacement units.

UrnotE - Care to explain how many of said units were Falcons? It'd be nice to have some info on what kind of X360's they were/are before arguing this is why you wouldn't buy a X360. For all we know, the X360's were the old failure-laden Xenons and not Falcons or Jaspers.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
