If the gap in sales stays the same, Wii Fit will have outsold GTAIV on both the 360 and PS3 combined by the end of the year.

Taking last weeks sales and multiplying them to the end of the year which is 3 months away (avoiding all holiday bumps and everything, I know) puts Wii Fit ahead of GTAIV by 600,000 units. 11.7 million compared to 11.1. Now that won't be the final total because that's pretending sales stayed the same. But it shows just how much more Wii Fit is selling. Mario Kart would push past GTA as well following the same theory I believe.

Mario Kart Wii does not deserve this. It is a casual snooze fest. I got a three star ranking in two hours. I also am lying.

Wii Play is cheap. It isn't a pack-in.

Including multi-plats, Halo 3 just got knocked out of the top 5. It was already behind Wii Play, COD4 and GTA4, and it just got passed by GHIII (sans PS2) and MK Wii.

Now the only question that remains is when will it outsell all versions of GTA4 and Halo 3 combined. :p
I would actually not be surprised if that happened sooner or later. :p

Yeah that's a lot. :p I can't really see that happening either, but then again, never say never, I've seen stranger things happen.. this is the Wii we're talking about here after all.

Wii Fit could do 23M. MK Wii probably not.

So mario kart sequel #3 beats out Halo 3, and people claim the video game industry lacks innovation, ha!
