TNX (formerly THX) only does sound work.  The Rhythym Tengoku games are actually developed by Nintendo SPD1, though I suspect Intelligent Systems may be helping out on the Wii version.

That's what Nintendo.com said. Specifically TNX.
Intelligent Systems was confirmed in Paper Mario 3DS not this game, also at Nintendo's site.

Bets with Conegamer:

Pandora's Tower will have an opening week of less than 37k in Japan. (Won!)
Pandora's Tower will sell less than 100k lifetime in Japan.
Stakes: 1 week of avatar control for each one.

It says "codeveloped by TNX".  So.. yeah, probably SDP1 and maybe InSys.

Not int Sys, it would have been specified. When it says codeveloped by X companyh and Nintendo it's one of their inside studios like EAD, NST, etc.

BTW Kirby's Epic Yarn has HAL Lab credits in as well as Good Feel, Sora has nothing to do with it, at least according to the Wii lineup trailer.

IntSys actually co-developed Rhythm Tengoku Gold too, and went uncredited largely (we only found out at the end credits themselves).  They've also worked on every Wario Ware except the GBA original, but were only credited on about half of them.

The HAL credit in Kirby is simply for copyright, that's why there are separate Nintendo, Good Feel and Nintendo / HAL lines.  They co-own the IP, like TOSE does Starfy and Game Freak / Creatures Inc. does Pokemon.

Now that I think about it, Rhythm Tengoku has kind of a WarioWare vibe, and that game was developed by Int Sys, so you could be right.
