That's what Nintendo.com said. Specifically TNX.
Intelligent Systems was confirmed in Paper Mario 3DS not this game, also at Nintendo's site.

It says "codeveloped by TNX".  So.. yeah, probably SDP1 and maybe InSys.

Not int Sys, it would have been specified. When it says codeveloped by X companyh and Nintendo it's one of their inside studios like EAD, NST, etc.

BTW Kirby's Epic Yarn has HAL Lab credits in as well as Good Feel, Sora has nothing to do with it, at least according to the Wii lineup trailer.
