I expect this expansion pack to be huge. Maybe even as long as the original game, but at least 4 times better :)

Why would a new compaign to a game that already exists spur increased sales in the states?

^^How will a Halo 3 expansion help 360 sales? It'll only sell to people who've bought Halo 3.

Gears, Fable, Left 4 Dead--these are the kinds of games that you could argue would drive sales.

This could still be great, though!

I think this will be just like any other expansion. About 4-8 hours of gameplay from start to end with a few improvements here and there, about 2 new weapons, maybe a new vehicle.

No Halo 4 just an expansion of Halo 3.
Halo 3 's campaign was the worst I have ever played in a Halo game. All 9 levels were boring. Not even one of the Halo 3 campaign levels stood out.
The expansion of the campaign can only improve Halo 3 in regards to campaign mode.

The campaign was only ten hours or so on Halo 3, anyone thinking that this would be any longer than that, or close to that time with that price is losing it.

I believe that it will be five or so hours, and moderately priced at 20 bucks.

If it is another ten hours, it would have to be at least thirty bucks.
