Forums - Sony - Secret Hit taken out on Sony's PLAYSTATION 3!

There's no consiparcy.

As to the weird timing of the lawsuits, people waited till the PS3 started selling better before they sued Sony, to maximise how much they could settle for.

A similar example is about a year ago, Ninty got sued for their classic and gamecube controllers. Why not sue 5 years ago? because the GC wasn't worth as much as the Wii is.

People sue left right and centre purely out of greed, not because MS is out to get Sony

PS I own a Wii, mac and a Xubuntu laptop, and even I think you're being too harsh on MS

I know it might sound harsh on them, but I believe it to be true. I have a distinct feeling that MS is EVIL to the core. Even while I utter their name I sense an EVIL presense. I feel like I just want to monopolize on something now by crushing everything in my path. I still find it to be strange how all of these happen at the PS3's high point.

Come to think about it.....maybe MS is behind the Wii law suites too, I would not put it past them lol.

I can forgive ignorance. Jim Brown is possibly the greatest football player of all time. He is also a noted social activist who spends his time working with inner city gang members in the Los Angeles area.

Hmmm. Maybe I had my wires crossed in there somewhere...

...

He knows too much...

Attack my henchmen! Show no mercy!

you're reading too much into this.

McDonalds got sued because the coffee they served was hot.

a guy sued NBC because he got sick from watching an episode of fear factor

hell, one of my friends parents got sued by some guy who was drunk driving and crashed into a tree on their property under the argument that they were responsible for his injuries caused by the tree.

lawsuits in the USA are ridiculous - get over it.

Think whatever you want dude but people get sued for the dumbest things. Conspiracy theories usually have a common denominator of insecurity and willingness to blame.

@kitler
All companies get sued, yes. This comes with the territory of owning a business. All companies on the other hand, do not get barraged with random and down right ludicrous law suites one right after another. They also do not all point to a specific invention that a company makes. These lawsuites are directly singling out the PS3 as the target. They all seek to hinder the PS3 in some way.

4 lawsuites all in a 1.5 year span, aimed at the same product, when a particular company stands to gain the world on it, is NOT coincidence.
MS is EEEEEVVVVVVVIIIIIIIILLLLLLLL!!!!!!! They want to kill SONY!

Now that I think of it, the shooter on the grassy knoll may have been funded by Msft...or maybe Msft was behind the crash at Roswell and paid the government to cover it up...

At what point does this have to get to till it is no longer a conspiracy, but a full blown sneak attack?

When it can be proved then it won't be a conspiracy but fact. Until then theres no point tossing the topic around.
