They denied any kind of break-up and Gears sequel on the PS3, but I know that Epic and Microsoft were at odds for a while on the additional content.

Lineage, Guild Wars and City Of Heroes/Villians would be thier most famous tittles. I wonder if they are making an MMO for the PS3. I think they talked about making PSN titles.
As for UT3. I think the news that user created mods will be available on the PS3 versions is pretty big. It is also nice to see Sony actually helping the devs instead of insulting them.

Indeed, Guild Wars being made by former Blizzard people. Great deal for Sony with both NCsoft and Epic. Still no word on what the exclusive PS3 Epic game will be. Wasn't it rumored that there was a game besides UT3 that they were going to make?
Either way, having UT3, Haze, and Killzone exclusive this year is a a pretty big deal.
Mods for UT3 on PS3! Console first!
NC Soft might release a few games like Smash Star(Tennis MMO), Soccer Fury (Soccer MMO), Atrix, Exteel and Dungeon Runners on the PSN. Dungeon Runners (WOW clone) is a definite possibility considering its small size and PS3's support for Keyboards and Mouse.
Other games such as Aion (uses the CryEngine), City Of Heroes/Villains, Guild Wars, Lineage 2/3, Tabula Rasa might come out on Blue Ray.
Cross Platform play is something sony might encourage to shore up the numbers in the online worlds.

Killzone isn't coming this year... And Sony definitely needed UT3 and Haze to counter Halo 3 and Bioshock, but I have a feeling it might not be enough...
The big deal here is the engine, not the game itself. The game will be a tepid success on consoles, I suspect.

but, in a sense, it depends of what you want :
Halo3 + bioshock will be great for campaign
UT3/Haze/Warhawk (dont forget him) will be great for online gaming
