This may seem like a random question, but I was wondering whether we should choose the US boxarts over the EU or JP ones? I personally think it should be the one that looks best, or in the case of something like PES, it should be the EU one because that is where it is a big game.

Also, standard versus collectors editions, is it just down to the one that looks best?

I hate when the collectors edition box looks worse than the regular version, especially when its an amazing game that I really want.

I like the way that they did it with MGS4. The collectors edition had the regular cover, but he entire package had its own unique boxart.

I kind of wish all boxarts are the same cause it makes me envious every time another region has cooler boxart.

Whichever looks the best should be chosen. Otherwise I'd go for the European ones. The PEGI logo looks better than the ESRB one and it's easier to understand for people living outside the US (numbers are more informative than letters). Still, go for whichever looks the best at first.

I have an idea!

I think the update should:

(1) Allow regional boxarts to be uploaded, and regional titles submitted.

(2) Allow users to select their default region. This would automatically cause the site to show their region's title for the games and their region's boxarts.

@Talon Man: After the update, is it possible for the game name/boxart to be viewed by chosen region by default in database/games i own list?

Not at all...for example, i wish i could have the european boxart of RE4 for the wii. Much better imo.
