Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo needs too...

Bring us some light gun games I mean games like Duck Hunt, Yoshi Safari , BattleClash. Nintendo could use the Wiimote as a light gun and emulate these classics perfectly into the next generation of gaming. We were using light gun technology back in the 80's where is the ports of Duck Hunt and Yoshi Safari?

A Nintendo made Shooter not only a Nintendo made shooter but one set in the Mario Universe. I don't know about you but I missed this classic game when I was young. Never owned a Super Scope and who woulda thought that Nintendo was one of the first to pioneer FPS games?

BattleClash another shooter brought to us by Nintendo themselves for the Super Nintendo and the Super Scope! You go around in a giant Robot taking on other giant robot scum. The gameplay looks primative but it was from 1992 for crying out loud.

Then we all know Duck Hunt it was an amazing shooter back on the NES. I remember shooting ducks for hours at home with my 2-in one cartridge with Mario and Duck Hunt. I played this game for ages.

So who thinks that all of Nintendo's Light Gun and Super Scope games should be ported to utalize the Wiimote as the new light gun?

Duck hunt need to be in the VC, at least. That would be a great start. They can take it from there

Man I used to own the Super Scope, Yoshi Safari was pretty cool. They should make a new Duck Hunt along with a VC Duck Hunt as well as some other light gun games, that would be awesome!

Sure, it would be a welcomed addition to the VC library. I still wonder why they didn't do that yet though.

But seriously, the real question is this: are they really going to invest extra time to make these old games Wiimote-able? They want fast and easy selling material, that would be too much work for what it's worth to them!

Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

Watch my insane gameplay videos on my YouTube page!

I guess they can bring those back and use the wii zapper.

Nintendo let the Duck Hunt copyright slide.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

Hell yes, I still own my super scope along with my copy of super scope 6.

Great memories.

Fullfilled Prophecies

Nice idea, I thought of that too when Nintendo first announced it would have a Virtual Console on the Wii, so I was like ***K yeah! Duck Hunt! now almost 2 years later it still hasn't come, hopefully it will though even if nothing else as an after thought near the end of the generation.

I think it'd be crazy fun. The Wii Play balloon shooting game is really addicting; it'd be awesome if they expanded it into more than just a mini game.

Yeah they could have games like House of the Dead and Ghost Squad on the Wii. That would be awesome!!!
