Aw man you should give it to me so I can have one to do my experiments on with homebrew. In all seriousness it's a fair price, I don't think it's the best choice to sell your Wii as things are picking up and 2009 being a killer year, but that choice is up to you.

About the VC/WW, the licence agreement says that you have to delete your Shop Channel account when you sell the console, but what i've seen, everybody sells their consoles with the downloads.

I'd never sell a console bc your end up buying it again for one game.

Honestly, I tried really hard to love the Wii, but all the shovelware and shitty games killed it for me.

After I bought my Ps3 and 360 it just ended up sitting on the shelf collecting dust for a month at a time, litteraly.
