...more promising, Tales of Vesperia or Infinite Undiscovery?
Maybe some of you will say "both will be great!!!"....but if you could only pick one, which one would it be?

both are interesting to me but I would have to go with ToV
@Riachu
is it true IU´s combat system is even more 'real time' than ToV?

The Tales games are much better than everything SE has done in the last 7 years. The focus is on story and characters rather than graphics. The characters in SE games are lame and generic. Also, the battle system in Tales is really similar to that of Star Ocean and is really fun. Tales is multiplayer but maybe Infinite Undiscovery is as well. I don't know.

That's not always true though.
I'm choosing ToV because according to 1UP Yours, ToV >IU.
Also, ToV is already the 2nd highest rated Tales game(just behind ToS) on Metacritic and Gamerankings and the reviews have been postive so far
Don't care I have bought them both (prepayed )
If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing
(mostly)
And shepherds we shall be,
For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints
I have a lot more faith in ToV to be a good game, especially in light of the reviews so far.
Still, I'm going with Infinite Undiscovery first thanks to the pre-order bonus.
I can't call it right now.

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.

Yeah, maybe I exagerated a bit. They are often lame and generic. Like Vaan = Tidus and Yuna = Ashe.
There are great characters such as Auron, Rikku, Balthier or Fran.
