• Dante is always protected by invisible walls and cannot die from gravity.

• Mario is an Italian plumber

• Dante is a demon hunter

• Mario fights turtles and eats mushrooms

• Dante fights creatures spawned from the depths of Hell and eats Pizza

• Mario dies when any one of his enemies TOUCH him

• Dante can survive after being inpaled by a sword even after he bridges himself up backwards.

If it's a real fight, I'd have to go with Dante.

Super star+ Mario > everything else.
