Well the Wii's are sold out everywhere I live.

The Wii is supply constrained. The clearest evidence would be the grey market: the Wii is still selling well above retail.
Secondly, when the Wii does drop in demand -- which will obviously happen at some point, even if it's 5 years from now -- it will do so gradually. It won't suddenly go from selling 150k+ a week to 70k in the span of a couple weeks.

The real news this week will be software sales, I can't wait to see how Madden did.
Only console that did better than last week is ps3. Good job. It seem madden didn't change anything.
More Wii stockpiling? I wonder what kind of holidays they think they are going to have.
I also think less people will buy systems with school right around the corner. Tuition, loans, supplies, furnishing, rent, all that stuff is more important right now.
