almost never, when i go to the gym, its all treadmill and ab workouts
I lift weights, my routine is back and triceps 2 days a week and chest, shoulder and biceps 2 days a week, I do 200 ab crunches with some weight 2 days a week and almost always do 30 mins of cardio to burn 400 calories before starting with the weights, I have about 11% of body fat...
Oh and I aim for 3 sets of 8 reps for every muscle except abs, for abs I do 10 sets of 20 reps with 10 kilos on my chest

Its actually better to lift then do cardio. Glycogen is what our muscles use for energy, when we run out of glycogen our bodies use fat for energy (thats a good thing.) So if you lift before cardio you will deplete your glycogen stores and then when you do cardio you'll burn strait fat.
For the time being my routine is
Monday: Quadriceps and calves in the morning and swim around 20 laps in the late afternoon/
Tuesday: Back and biceps.
Wednesday: Chest and triceps
Thursday: Light calves and swim
Friday: Hamstrings and calves.

Didn't know that, I will have it in consideration, although I'm reaaaally thin right now, my abs are starting to show. I also want to buy Wii Fit, I know it's not nearly as good as a real workout, but I plan to use it for those days I get home really late and too tired to go to the gym...

I try and minimize weight lifting. I'm a boxer and prefer to keep my muscles long, slender. Doing to much weights nullifies any effect gained from mu usual workout. My usual consists of a lot of running and outdoor excercises like pull us, squads, weighted running, swimming, push ups, sit ups etc, apart from sparring, shadowboxing and sacktraining.

I have 2 days, and go back in forth.
Pulling day: pull-ups, lat pull-downs, that thing where you pull the weights towards your gut so it's a lower back workout. Basically it's a bicep and back day. Then 4 kinds of situps, then running.
Pushing day: push-ups or dumbbell presses (incline, decline, flat), shoulders. Basically it's a pex and deltoids day. Then 4 kinds of situps, then running.
And I do some lower back every workout, 'cuz my back sucks ass. I haven't done any of this in months though. School starts back up next week and hopefully I'll get back into the school gym.
When I'm home I just do some push-ups and sit-ups and Wii Fit, and lots of drinking and eating.
