There are just too many reasons on why it should stay.
1. It started on PS2 and customers like to continue a franchise where it started.
2. The game's audience MAIN audience lies with the PS3 as real fans want to see massive graphical upgrades within the new title.
3. Tetsuya Nomura (an known PSFanboy) is the developer of the game.
4. The game also holds characters that Sony holds liscences too such as the FFVII cast. These characters have become key to the story so it would be akward to take them out
4. Disney stands to only gain by further inforcing the game on PS3 as they are one of the biggest investors in Blu Ray.
5. 360 users dont really like RPGs, hense none of them sell too well...
6. Wii is too technologically inferior to give fans of the series what they want, motion controls would be a minus to the gameplay.
7. Becuase it only makes sense lolz XD

1) Given that over 80% of the PS2's customers have jumped ship (assuming the PS3's sales figures are any indication), I think it's safe to say that they'd prefer to continue the series on consoles they own.

2) "Real fans" want nothing of the sort; they just want the game to be good.

3) The same Tetsuya Nomura who is on record as saying that he doesn't want to put KH on the PS3?

4) Sony doesn't hold licenses to the FFVII cast.

4) Blu-Ray already beat HD-DVD; Disney has nothing further to gain from pushing the PS3.

5) Point taken, but this only speaks of the 360 fanbase, and frankly I suspect they'd be more concerned about the fact that it's a Disney game than the fact that it's an RPG.

6) Motion controls would vastly improve KH, as they can improve all other games. The fans want a good game, and the Wii, unlike its competitors, allows games to be genuinely better and not just prettier. This is what the fans want: better games.

7) It makes no sense to anyone but people trying to justify their PS3 purchases.

 



Complexity is not depth. Machismo is not maturity. Obsession is not dedication. Tedium is not challenge. Support gaming: support the Wii.

What do I hate about modern gaming? I hate tedium replacing challenge, complexity replacing depth, and domination replacing entertainment. I hate the outsourcing of mechanics to physics textbooks, art direction to photocopiers, and story to cheap Hollywood screenwriters. I hate the confusion of obsession with dedication, style with substance, new with gimmicky, old with obsolete, new with evolutionary, and old with time-tested.
There is much to hate about modern gaming. That is why I support the Wii.

Exactly. People want it to go to their respective systems but the KH3 discussion i've seen in here about what platform it'll be on amounts to nothing. Pages and pages of nothing.

1) Final Fantasy, Fatal Frame, Tenchu, Ninja Gaiden, Star Ocean, Metal Gear and others say hi.
2) How do we know that again?
3) And he will convince the shareholders to put it on the most hardcore and least mainstream platform? Riiight.
4) I'm pretty sure Sony doesn't hold the license for the FFVII cast, as FFVII was even published by Eidos on PC.
5) And why should we think that PS3 users do? Have any RPGs sold well on PS3?
6) Just because YOU want HD graphics doesn't mean every fan wants the same, fans will follow the game no matter where the game will go.
7) No comment.
