Much better than having everyone in the room fighting over a headset.

Yeah I would love for Smash to have Wii Speak but I doubt there would be an update to allow it to work with it. Kart would seem like a good choice too but I'm not set on 12 people talking at a time lol. Other then that it should turn out great for AC and The Conduit.

Why would it have to be 12. They could make it so you talk to the person directly in front of you unless you look back, then you talk to the person behind. I would be terrible at this, but it would be fun!

MY ZELDA COLLECTION

Every game that has online in 2009 and beyonf should have this feature. And who know this might get third parties to put squad base shooters and mmo like games on the wii.

I love fighting games !!! Come on challenge me !

Animal Crossing is so far the only confirmed game that will be compatible as of now... I don't think they'll put it in smash and MKwii...

The conduit is using wii speak.

As far as I know it's only Animal Crossing: City Folk and The Conduit are going to use Wii Speak right now.

Battalion Wars 3 please.

I'm not much of an online gamer to be completely honest but I will probably buy wii speak. My biggest worry with headsets and such is the fact that I have nosey family members and there have been cases where they have misunderstood things said over a headset. Needless to say I'm paranoid about headsets and at least this there will be little to no confusion.

Wii Speak works like a community microphone. Everyone in the room can speak instead of requiring individual headsets. sophisticated sound cancellation hardware/software is built in so that only your voice is picked up and transmitted, not the in game audio coming across your speakers.

But how does it know the difference between your voice and the audio from the game, or the voice of other users coming through your sound system.

looks where soon going to here "timmy clean up your fucking room" and also babies crying...need I continue!!!

this is not what we need, especially considering that the DS has a head set...WTF Nintendo.

Seems like Nintendo is becoming arrogant, for shame.
