Why would Madden 09 sell any 360's? I'd have to think that anyone who really wanted a 360 for Madden 09 would have already bought a 360 for Madden 06, Madden 07, and/or Madden 08. Besides, it's a multiplatform game anyway. I guess Madden 08 was 60fps on the 360 vs 30fps on the PS3 but Madden 09 is supposed to be 60fps on both, I have no idea which is better by any other reason.

wow!!! wat happened this week in the Americas. very low numbers all around except for the PS3 and DS, although isnt the DS slightly down as well? PS3 probably back in business either next week or the following week.

i clearly see 360 selling more than PS3 for the month august........

It should sell a few, somewhere between 5-15k I'd estimate, if the PS3 has healthy supply then it should see something similar. (although slightly less in comparison to the 360's boost)

I expecting big numbers next week on console and software charts especially in Winconsin and New York if get what I mean.

it will be interesting to see if the ps3 will be able  to best the 360 world wide before the price drop early next month.... there might be a 360 slow down in anticipation of the expected price drop
