MarioPaint has always been begging for a sequal anyway, and the Wii has the perfect interface to make it better than ever.  Painting with the wiimote, painting on pictures from your SD card, sending paintings to friends via WiFi and more, this game is a complete No Brainer, and I'm utterly confused why Nintendo hasn't done it yet. 

Between Wii Sporting, Wii playing, Wii Fitting, and Wii Musicing, how the hell has Wii Painting been left out of the fray?

and btw the best thing of Mario Paint was the music Composer..

 I can't really see that adding much to gameplay... the IR would be the most obvious way to paint and M+ wont be making any advancements to that.

I've already thought about this. The Wii would be perfect for a Mario Paint sequel.

Cant see there being huge amounts in the game to justify a 30 or 40£ price tag, though it would be perfect for wii ware
