2nd we have to read how they rate the developers

I'm afraid you are incorrect. Pro Evo 2008 outsold Fifa 2008 when you add up the sales of each game on the wii, PS3, PS2, 360 and PSP

Lol at no mention of Microsoft Game Studios.

They're too busy buying exclusives rather than making their own. The list is okay, but the exclusion of MGS makes it awesome.

With the runner up ribbons handed out like they were and the lack of a few key developers, I'd guess this was meant for a "best," and not a "most powerful" list.
