also, there's is one more slot, has anyone unlocked that??

 to get  the apprentice u should finish arcade mode with yoda .... for the empty slot i dont know & i wish to know.

Hmm, how do you get The Apprentice on the PS3 version. I got Algol whenever I beat Story with Darth Vader.

only beat arcade mode with Darth Vader.

It could be an unlockable in the Tower of Lost Souls mode.

Zenfoldor is right. The last stage can just be unlocked in the Tower ;)
