I hae seen one or two in Mexico sporadically (Monterrey city) also in the flea markets (tianguis, pulgas) you can find some of them.
Price is like 380 dollars for a Wii here, so they might not be flying off shelves on day oe but at a constat pace... (360 is 450 dollars for the elite with two games included)

where are you from fazz?

Monterrey too... but I don't usually hang out at pulgas :)

Y ya no he vuelto a ver Wiis ahí...

I think I'm the only person on this world that doesn't has a DS u_u

Looks like supplies are starting to meet demands...

How so? I would like to hear your interpretation of this anectodal data....

From the fact that people are actually seeing them normally while before it was literally impossible to do so meaning it's getting to the point of meeting demand in areas.

Ck we arent saying you arent right, its just that. Well, check the forums history, the first thread of this type showed itself like back in early February. And there has been at least one or two each month since then.

  • Basically a new month starts.
  • NPD releases for last month
  • Wii kills everything
  • Weekend gets close and stores put their new shipment of Wiis on shelves for the upcoming weekend sales.
  • Someone walks into a store and discovered Wiis are on shelves in their town, a thread is made.
  • It is declared the tail end of Wii sales is near. Demand is being satisfied.
  • Itrackr gets wind of the stores new shipments they just put on the shelves and Itrackr goes from 11% on Wii to 35%
  • Kwaad makes a thread (he doesnt do this anymore) about Itrackr showing Wii at high availability all of a sudden.
  • The discussion of Wii finally meeting demand is pumped up even moreso.
  • New month starts
  • NPD releases
  • Wii kills everything
  • People scratch their heads going WTF? They check Itrackr and its back to 11%
  • Weekend gets close..... yadda yadda. Its all been done before ad nauseum.

Even when the day comes that its true, noone will likely care lol because wolf has been cried so often.

Well, that's good in AMerica, but here in Japan is almost imposible to get a Wii, al Akihabara is sold up, and the big stores around Tokyo are also without any Wii's

Hong Kong has officially hoarded all Japanese Wiis!

We have tons here available - and has been this way since launch!

I'm not trying to say that Wiis don't sell - in fact, they sell like hotcakes, but if you can't find a Japanese Wii in Japan, and if other forum members can't find US Wiis in the US, well, it's because they are all... here!

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

Yeah... I bet YOU saw a lot of wii's!... Cause YOU like PS3' more!... Stupid fanboy!... I bet you saw Wii's.... In your dreamworld! ... All of you boys! Don't take drugs! Cause then you're gonna halucinate!... And as you can see from his posts... That ain't a good thing!

Hey Leo-j... I bet that in the place u live u also HAVEN'T seen ANY PS3' in store?! Right?!... Cause they've been selling really good lately! And they all sold out or something?!... That would be funny!... Hehe!!!

BTW: IFF supply were to meet demand (Which it obviously isn't at the moment) Then Wii would be leveling out at around 70-80k a week (280-320k) a month... So it would kick PS3' ass 4:1 still... In America!

THE NETHERLANDS

Western Canada here.
the other day I visited a bunch of stores: Wal-mart, Futureshop, Rogers Video (major video rental store) and about half of them had some Wiis in stock.
I'm noticing I'm seeing more Wiis than I used to months ago but still not at the level of anywhere, anytime.

crappy old school NES games are more entertaining than next-gen games.
