With all the 360 momentum over the past 6 - 10 weeks in Japan, does anyone think my sig might get close? I was being extremely optimistic at the time, but IU,TLR and SO4 should all help to.

Selnor your predictions will be miles off. X360 will not break 6k a week sales in Japan. Selnor, no one takes anything you say on here seriously. PS3 will smash X360 in worldwide console sales when more PS3's are back in stores.

To be honest both the ps3 and the 360 are dead in Japan but I do admit the recent upward sales trend for the 360 is intriguing. The console was surviving on the 2k/week sales from the hardcore otaku for idol, clannad, scrollers and other japanese niches but it might have already started to chip into the jrpg crowd.





Current-gen game collection uploaded on the profile, full of win and good games; also most of my PC games. Lucasfilm Games/LucasArts 1982-2008 (Requiescat In Pace).

WRONG you try to sound smart, but for me, you sound really bad. Dont compare 360 sales with ps3 sales, or you have to compare ps3 with wii sales and i have to say than HALF of the wii sales would be AWESOME for sony.

You could compare ps3 sales with ps2 sales weekly, thats a fair comparation. And the ps3 only had mgs 4 and it looks like than ff13 in the future. I think there is the same hope (or less) for sony.

 Hmmm. I may think that 360 is my favourite console this gen, but as fanboys go if I am a 6/10 your a 12/10. Dude I post 2 types of post. 1. factual posts with sources to back or my own personal posts which are made clear to everyone that it is opinion.

And your serious comment, well maybe look in the mirror first.

Easily next week. All of the 7000 Bundles with Tales of Vesperia are already sold out

Great for 360 and 360 fans. The 360 continues to do exactly what Microsoft wanted this gen and that is to do better than the XBox (and hell they are holding off the PS3 A LOT longer than I think most people would have guessed). This slight increase in Japan will help the 360 hopefully hit 1 mln in Japan by the end of the gen and cement its successor for a few million sales in Japan next gen



Currently dreaming of: DKC4 or Sonic the Hedgehog 4 (classic 2D platformers) for WiiWare, Smash Bros. for DSi, New Super Mario World for DSi, a Wii remake or true sequel of Final Fantasy Tactics.

One down, hopefully more awesomeness to come.
