What about Nel from Star Ocean 3!!!!!!!?

Man, she was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...annoying!

Her voice acting, her patronising way of talking...her self righteousness...ahhh everything....almost spoilt the game...she got better later on and a bit less like that but hey :)

Ilia should have been on that list. I don't think I've hated a female in a Nintendo game more.

But the RE4 video was hilarious, especially when the truck ran Ashley over and dragged her body down the road.
