Well, sales have only gone up (slightly), and the generation isn't even half-over.

@Montana: It is an accomplishment. Obviously it's not great when you look at the competitors, but the fact remains that the 360 is on track to sell several times what the original 'Box sold there.

A yea ago I would have said no way in hell... but given some of the JRPG's coming out and whatnot might keep it alive a little longer than expected. It'll be close but it might happen.

Several times? It would be lucky to sell twice what the original Xbox sold in Japan, and even then, the market penetration provided by such a low userbase would be almost inconsequential. Anything can be an "accomplishment" if you go into it with low enough standards. Hell, you may say that it's an accomplishment, but I'm not impressed (especially considering that Microsoft dumped millions of dollars, if not hundreds of millions of dollars, into this menial userbase total).

340k in 3 years is very possible for x360 (150 weeks *2k) + Christmas boost.)
With 3k it will reach even 1.1 mln. =)

Unless... in 2010-2011 will be announcement of x720.))
