id resident evil games up to RECV are scarier then silent hill, RE4 and 5 are more shooter games then horror games

Resident Evil (I have all the main series ones except 0)..i never played a Slient Hill
im thinking of buying all the main series ones...I should buy Silent Hill 1 and then the Silent Hill collectors set...does the collectors set come with 1 and orgins or just 2,3,4?

I only played resident evil 4, but I've played silent hill 1-3, and the psp game. I prefer silent hill for getting scared, while I think resident evil is also excellent. Oh and the silent hill series seems t be declining.
