What is Kid Icarus...the premise and what not? I have heard this game mentioned over and over, but I have no idea what the game is/is about?!?! Why are people so hyped for this game?

I dont know why the hype is so big for this game, I suppose if you had to compare the original to anything it would be Metroid with RPG elements.
