I'm guessing the demand for MGS4 was gone.

On an off-topic note: When people joked around and said the Xbox is called the 360 because you do a 360 and turn towards the store exit, doing a 360 would just put you directly in front of the 360 again, dummies.............

you play it..you finish it.. friends borrow it..finish it..and you either sell or keep for your collection

 

MGS has no life to it just like most single player games

But didn't the 80 GB come with BC as well?

Some people said it is a major sellin point. How come it didn't sell here?

Gran Turismo 4 - 1,16 mln. with 18 mln. PS2 on the launch.

Final Fantasy X - around 2 mln. with 5 mln. PS2 on the launch.
Final Fantasy X-2 - 2.4 mln. with 12 mln. PS2 on the launch.

 

1.8 mln. PS3 today(2008.01.17) in Japan. Now(2009.04.30) 3.16 mln. PS3 were sold in Japan.
PS3 will reach 4 mln. in Japan by the end of 2009 with average weekly sales 25k.

PS3 may reach 5 mln. in Japan by the end of 2009 with average weekly sales 50k.

Does it really matter CrazzyMan? The bundle dropped off fast and 225K won't really matter when it finishes its LTD sales.

@dtewi, well, it`s not THAT big deal,
but still, i ask WHY?
was the Christmas (Forza 2+Viva Pinata) or (Forza 2+ Marvel Ultimate Alliance) bundles PERMANENT? NO. But sales were accounted, so WHAT the reason for MGS4 bundle SW sales to not be counted in???

If only it had an online game with it.... anyway, most people have been replaying it

doesnt that depend on how many units were shipped to be restocked :S
