For me it's got to be Conkers:Bad Fur Day on the N64, literally one of the funniest things i've ever seen. GTA is a good runner up though

San andreas had some simply hilarious moments, and CBFD was also great. I also remember laughing out loud with some of the cut scenes in rachet and clank 3

i agree with the OP, conker was the first game to truly make me laugh, i liked the grim reaper who hated cats he was funny and the scientist with the German accent.
