Forums - Nintendo - At TGS, do you expect Nintendo to focus on core games, unlike E3?

Anyway, Nintendo held a "Nintendo World" in November of 2006. Maybe we will get another one? That would be nice. It is kinda similar to a Space World (I think). Anyway, it looks like we will have to wait until the first week of October after E3 is done.

Nintendo doesn't attend if I recall correctly. Even if they did it would probably just be a repeat of this disaster...

Yeah, I'll take any excuse to post that gif :P

Yeah, we just have to admit the conference was a disappointment but so as other E3 conference like MS and SONY. The only megaton announcement we've known so far was FFXIII on the 360 thats all...

Um they announced pikmin. They also said they won't be announcing games more than a few months before release, so I think we could be seeing pikmin this year.

to be honest after this years E3 i'm not gearing myself up for 1st party titles anymore. i mean pikmin 3 is great but i've never actually played a pikmin game before.

right now thrid parties have my attention with games like dead rising and conduit. also hoping capcom show off their new ip for wii and SE show crystal chronicles at TGS, even if its a long shot

They announced pikmim because they were cornered and finally caved. They didn't even have anything to show whatsoever or anything to say about it other than "we are working on it." I wouldn't count on it being out before Fall 09.




If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

If that was the case they would have said we are working on games. Also wouldn't it be smart to announce the game you are closest to release?  I seriously doubt they would announce anything if it wasn't coming close.
