Kingdom Hearts III has been beaten to death and it hasn't even been announced. Shame.

I am excited to see the following:

A Xbox 360 version KH3: Achievements and DLC, HD
A PS3 version KH3: Trophies and DLC, HD
A Wii version KH3: Wii-mote Motion Plus and simple because of the Wii-mote

And I would hate motion plus anything in my Kingdom Hearts 3. I much rather it stick to it's original formula. It was fun as hell then, why risk the chance of ruining it with gimmicky motion controls now?

 

 I somewhat agree with the first paragraph. I think it's silly for people to say that Disney chooses and Square-Enix has to go along with it and doesn't have a say in the matter.

Your second paragrpah I completly agree with though. I love my Wii but Motion control in Kingdom Hearts would completly ruin it IMO

Also aboutt he earlier post about Disney's exclusive Wii/DS branch. What does that have to with Kingdom Hearts III's deevlopment it would have no real effect on the development of the game.

disney doesn't do much in the developement,
there is a KH TEAM, and nomura the director.

disney may release a KH game but i won't be kh III it won't be the same without nomura.

kh is a joint venture  between square and disney.

Kingdom Hearts (キングダムハーツ, Kingudamu Hātsu?) is an action role-playing game developed and published by Squaresoft (now Square Enix) in 2002 for the PlayStation 2 video game console.[2] It is the result of a collaboration between Square and The Walt Disney Company. The game combines characters and settings from Disney's animated features with those from the Final Fantasy series, developed by Square. The story follows Sora, a young boy, as he is thrown into an epic battle against the darkness. He is joined by Donald Duck and Goofy, classic Disney characters, who help him on his quest.

disney can't FORCE square to make the game, disney may prohibit square from using disney characters.

but no more than that.

disney can even make spin off for other system, but alone never a main series.

Also, Disney fully owns the KH IP and own Sora, Riku, Kairi, Org XIII, Keyblades, etc. (basically everything new) and of course the Disney characters. The ONLY thing SE own are the FF characters who are just simple cameos (they need more interaction personally >_> Going to FF worlds would be cool lol. I wanna go to Alexandria from FF IX!). Disney already made a KH game for cell phones by themselves (of course no FF characters) but it's not like they would make a new KH without SE. Besides, it's not like SE is against the idea of developing for the Wii or something. The company (Sony/MS) would have to pay both SE and Disney if they want it on their platform. Sony hasn't payed jack and I don't expect them to while MS just keeps games going to Sony platforms going exclusive. They haven't done anything to take away Wii games....at all. I don't think they really care about the Wii's success, they jsut wanna take down Sony.

 

How did I know you would probably be the first to mention anything related to what platform the game "will or will not" go to [other than the OP]. Are you worried about the game going to ps3 or something???? Can't you just drop that topic completely for now???

EDIT: That would add some enjoyment... but make it very tiring...

BLASPHEMY! How dare you question my fandom for the Kingdome Hearts series?!

HAVE YOU THE BRAIN WORMS!!!!

 

And for the last time, Disney does not own the IP for the game. It is a joint project. About equal on both parts as far as money is concerned. Yet SE still has the upper hand seeing as they MAKE the entire game. Disney has no part in the production or even STORY of the game.  They simply supply the characters. It is all SE and Tetsuya Nomura(the BEST).

That was from two months ago.

 

And I just read this thread today. Read the OP. And thought what I said in my earlier post. It happened.....
And as far as I see.... when ever a KH thread appears.. you seem to be one of the first 5 to talk about where the game is going.....
