Forums - Gaming - Who had the best E3 keynote?

Microsoft for FFXIII, Gears 2, exclusive Fallout 3 stuff, the Avatars, 1 vs. 100, and an all-around really solid lineup.

From what I've heard, Sony is #2, and Nintendo last. Although, since we know about many core games Nintendo and T-P's are making, I think they'll have something more. Just a thought, though.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

Microsoft, to me had the best. Sony showed very little in terms of playable. LBP not interested MAG has a very dumb name. Massive Action Game -- weeeeak---. Resistance 2 just looks ok. Nintendo's was not interesting to me at all.

Not that all is done. I have a pattern that I did not expect at all!

Sony > MS >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Nintendo.

I guess I should state why.

Sony: MMO's, 256 player online, dlc, 80gb $400, good game reels, overall entertaining experience.

MS: dlc, decent game reels, FF13.

Nintendo: AC + mic. But, I really dislike the wired mic. It should be using bluetooth. At least it now has a voice chat option.

IMO its a tie between MS and Sony ... Resistance got me off guard , and GoW is my fav game series , so yeah it counters FFXIII ...

Vote the Mayor for Mayor!

MS hands down!! Biggest surprise (upset) with FFXIII. Nintendo....what a joke....and I LOVE MY Wii,...really disappointed. Sony, not too bad, but not really good, we already knew GOWIII was going to be shown. SOCOM MMO....ehhhh, only time will tell.

MS - 10 (For Shock Factor)
Sony - 7
Nintendo - 2

Sony was decent all around, but nothing spectacular. Sadly, that's all it took this year. I'd say Microsoft for the FF XIII announcement, but it was sixty seconds preceded by ninety minutes of tedium, so it's not a fair bargain in my opinion.

I also have to give Microsoft some great respect for having a very solid, above-average showing without a SINGLE mention of Halo. There were some who said it couldn't be done.

I can't believe ANYONE could think Nintendo had the best showing.

As in go buy us some coffee.
