I didn't mention Halo because he mentioned how Halo 3 was coming out and nothing else on 360 and PS3 had nothing or implied it rather. The PS3 list looks better than the Wii list and the 360 list looks better than the PS3 list.

This isn't exactly new, as the title and approximate release has been known for about 6 months, and was already listed on the list of the 40+ exclusives coming out the second half of this year at http://vgchartz.com/forum/thread.php?id=2501 ... However, it is the first bit of real detail about this game. That said, I still wish we had more detail... From the trailer, it looks good!

Man, this game looks great, I just saw the trailer and this looks awesome. If they do this right it could be a very promising game. I can't belive how fun that looked. I will be keeping my eye on this and it's only in the alpha stage. This looks very good. And if you were wondering here are the other games that D3 have done......

I know this much Naurto Clash of Ninja is fun and Earth Defense Force 2017 has the dumbest name in the world lol but is one of the best games on the 360 to me and think it's a must have. But I hope this game is good it looks so fun. Has anybody played any of those other games?

Minor nit...  Alien Syndrome isn't an exclusive as it will also be available on PSP.

However, DDR Hottest Party version is, as it will have entirely new modes and make use of wii motion sensing controllers in addition to dance pads and an exclusive list of music from the last 4 decades.

I meant exclusive in Next-gen context.  And DDR is DDR.  But it doesn't bother me because you warned me with the "Minor nit"

Honestly though I getting tired of all the "no hardcore games" talk.

When the announced it, there weren't many hardcore games announced.  Hammer may or may not be cancelled, but there are plenty of games.  To quote the genius, stevenjazz787,  from the IGN boards about this game:

-Hey, all the message boards are clamoring for a hardcore game.

-Do we have any action games that got shelved last gen.

-Yeah, Fire Dragon: Blade of Wrath

Holiday lineup. How many of those are Holiday games? Lemme help you out. Check your revised list. Now check that list, does that look anywhere near as pormising as the 360 or PS3 list? Outside of the 2 big Nintendo games?

Also, RE: UC doesn't have a release date yet and neither does Soul Calibur Legends. In addition, FF: CC is not likely to come out in the US this year.

I see two great exclusive games that are coming this year: Mario Galaxy and Super Smash. Maybe Nights if Sega doesn't mess it up, but have you seen Sonic lately?

OK... Let me explain what I was saying....

I mentioned Halo 3 because there were rumors that GTA IV could be delayed to allow for a launch window farther apart from Halo 3. I know that there are more games coming for the 360 this year. I am just saying that they are not releasing them next to Halo 3. As for the PS3, I was being funny. Everyone knows that Sony has a huge line up of 1st party games coming this Holiday. I was saying that, as far as the PS3, the more games you release, the better, no matter how closely they are released. It needs whatever it can get.

I was suprised that you, ckmlb, did not understand what I was trying to say. I find it amazing that you actualy believed that I was that ignorant. 

I'm gonna have to concur with Gballzack, can we please stay on the topic of Dragon Blade? We have an endless number of threads discussing the holiday lineups of the 360, Wii, and PS3. Lets not turn this thread into another one.

So getting back to the actual topic. What is everyone expecting from Dragon Blade gameplay wise? Are hoping for a straight action title or are you hoping for some RPG elements ala DMC and Ninja Gaiden?
