Ubisoft is making it.. Nintendo is just licensing it I believe..
Ubizoft is just trying to get money from the Wii Fit flood.
Pixel Art can be fun.
It's a portable version of the diet tracking programs you can buy for your PC, although it includes other things as well (most notably a pedometer). Actually, I think it's a great idea: it may not be a game per se, but it will improve your life if you use it faithfully and honestly.
