i was just wondering if duck hunt is a first person shooter. im not sure about the definition but it is a shooter and you are the first person. or does it work another way? so the question is "is duck hunt considered a FPS" and if so why dont people recognize it as the highest selling one? also if it isnt a FPS then what is it?



the nintendo wii will outsell the ps3 and the 360 combined by the end of 2008.                           

        PS3 will out sell the 360 june 2010.                                                                      

  GOTY of 2008 is super smash brothers brawl.... hopefully.

Some people count Gears of War to the fps genre. They should count Duck Hunt as an fps as well.
It would be quite funny having Duck Hunt as the best selling fps of all time, would sure as hell piss a lot of ''hardcore gamers'' off.

it's not that you can't control the movement, there simply is no character movement in duck hunt

not to piss them off but to send them back a few paces. to bring em down a notch. to put them in their place as the console who TRIED to make the ultimate FPS. BAM!

If there's any group that needs to back taken down a few notches, it's Nintendo fans (for reasons very much like these).
