8-12 hours except when I have to work.

I sleep a lot... Usually 9-10 hours.

Usually 5-6 hours on the week.

I'm nightie type guy, so it tends to stretch when i go to sleep even though i need to get up at 5.15am

In weekend i like sleep from 7-9 hours both nights.

I usually go to sleep at 3:00 AM, and wake up at about 1:00 PM.

10 hours of comfortable joy.

8 to 9 hours. Less then 8 and I'm grumpy. More then 9 and I feel groggy for the rest of the day. Occasional naps in a hammack in the summer with the pleasing sounds of the river behind my house. :) That hammack is like heaven. It's also perfect for reading, playing psp, and drying off from swimming.

I won't reveal what time go to bed or wake up, though. That would allow too many people to think about kiling me in my sleep. ;) (the paranoia is a joke)

I sleep like a bear in hybernation, about 10-11 hours a day.
12 am. to 10am-11am

usually 7-8 but tonight it's going to be less... it's 1:50 am....
