8 to 9 hours. Less then 8 and I'm grumpy. More then 9 and I feel groggy for the rest of the day. Occasional naps in a hammack in the summer with the pleasing sounds of the river behind my house. :) That hammack is like heaven. It's also perfect for reading, playing psp, and drying off from swimming.
I won't reveal what time go to bed or wake up, though. That would allow too many people to think about kiling me in my sleep. ;) (the paranoia is a joke)
