Forums - Nintendo - do you think we'll see a players choice range this E3?

The Wii has some amazing titles in it's catalogue now so I think it's time to hwelp software sales a little and announce a players choice range.

Do you think we'll see it announced this E3?

Nope. Wii software sales are doing fine without a price cut, especially Nintendo's own software. Why throw away money?

If I remember correctly there certain rules for a game to be considered a player's choice, like selling a certain amount of games after a certain amount of time, of course this is only true for games that weren't selling very much anymore...

The first games from Nintendo to get a Player's Choice price could Zelda:TP, WarioWare and Super Paper Mario.

There are some non Nintendo games that already have a reduced price, I'm guessing by publishers' decisions...

I hope so, but I don't think so...

@lightbleeder

Zelda never becomes a players choice.

You always pay full price for it.

The game really feels as a precious asset because of that!

That's funny, I coulda sworn I owned this.......

I don't think they'll announce any titles, for at least 1 more year.

Nintendo doesn't need to.

Iwata says no. :(

It could help some software reach the million mark or push titles like RE:UC even further. I know I have 3 Platinum PSP titles I wouldn't have had if they weren't Platinum.

No because Iwata doesn't believe in price drop after a certain time.
Hell, today DS lite cost like the 2004 one.
