A news months ago said that interplay wants to work on the Wii after the company goes bankrupt or something like that. They test the wii by bringing the original Earthworm jim on Wiiware then they make a retail game after that...

E3 2006-The beginning of the end. Wii introduced

 

E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.

 

E3 2010- Tape runs out

Obviously the most amazing thing they could do (for me) would be to announce another huge, epic Zelda game. One that had it's own unique style like MM or WW.

More realistically speaking..I'm hoping for Kingdom Hearts.

Well that wasn't really that realistic...I'll go with Star Fox!

EDIT: I guess KH wouldn't even count, it seems as though you were looking for first party developed titles, right?
