They got so many big RPGs coming out in 2008 and 2009

Story is pretty much covered as well. The ToS script writer is the script writer for this :P Oh, and that castle locations really interesting when it comes to location. |
Right now, I am just hoping they aren't cardboard cutouts like in Blue Dragon

Really? This game gives me more of a Eternal Sonata feel

Tri-Crescendo, developer of both games you cited, is now developing Fragile for Wii. That is my most awaited JRPG on the system.
This game seems promising so I keep an eye on it.
I hope that there is a trailer at E3 ...

That looks very, very good indeed! Is it an Arc the Lad game or is the name's likeness simply coincidence?

This is going back a ways (so far that a lot of you likely were either not alive or little more than a hapless collection of drool, excrement and more drool), but the giant sword thing was part of D&D waaay back in the beginning, far pre-dating Japan's infatuation with them.

I think it is a cultural thing. Anyways, how does a small company make a game look that good?
|
Because they actually give a damn and take advantage of the hardware. Smaller companies see the crap that large third parties are churning out on the Wii. So, they are taking the opportunity to build themselves a new fan base amongst the large Wii market.

It does look really good. I am really interested in this game. It reminds me of Eternal Sonata and Baten Kaitos as well.
