Forums - Nintendo - Is the Subspace Emmissary the last great Kirby Adventure?

Now that SSBB has been released in all markets, I will pose this question.

After playing the Subspace Emissary (the single/two person adventure) in Super Smash Brothers Brawl, does anyone feel like they have played a Kirby platformer?

Since Masahiro Sakurai designed both, this should not be surprising. But I have not seen anyone else making the same type of comment.

I am Mario.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.

They are sorta similar, but SSBB isn't all about Kirby so its different.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that got Kirby dejavu playing Sub Space.

CIHYFS?

^ yeah, that;s how I felt too, especially how fighting the last boss is similar in SSE and in the Kirby games.......

Yes. I loved it!

Looks like one, plays like one, but unless is 100% Kirby... I won't be happy
